Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Abikora Digital Store (“we”, operated by Abikora Digital Store) collects when you visit our website or buy a product, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Order information: your email address, the products you bought, the amount paid, and an order reference. We need this to deliver your files, send receipts, and provide support.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider, Paystack. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the payment status and reference. We never receive or store your full card number or security code.
Download activity: when you download a file we record the time and a limited technical record (such as IP address) to prevent abuse of download links.
Messages you send us: if you email support, we keep that correspondence to help you.

How we use your information

To process your order and deliver your digital products
To send receipts, download links, and order-related messages
To respond to support requests and handle refunds
To prevent fraud and protect the security of the store
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We only send marketing emails if you actively opt in, for example by ticking the optional box when you download a free item. Downloading a free item does not sign you up on its own. We record when you opted in and the wording you agreed to. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing admin@abikora.com.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store:

Payment processing: Paystack
Database and file storage: Supabase; website hosting and visitor statistics: Vercel
Email: Zoho Mail, which hosts our support inbox

Some of these providers may store data outside your country. We only share what each provider needs to do its job, and we rely on providers that protect data with encryption, access controls, and their own contractual data-protection commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for six years to meet tax and accounting requirements and so you can re-download your purchases. Support messages are kept for as long as we need them to resolve your request, and for up to two years after that.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To make a request, email admin@abikora.com.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, the referring site, and the visitor's country and device type. It does not use cookies, and it does not identify you personally or track you across other websites. We do not use advertising trackers.
